  1. I have a suggestion: post the election results!
  2. I can't say I didn't miss his antics, although his first thread after the return quickly changed my mind. Quite frankly, everyone in that thread was acting childish. Some of the insults aimed at him sounded like something from middle school. If you want to demonstrate how mature you are, it's about time you start acting like it.

Heh no, goat was just confused This is where the current rules were originally drafted.

Nope, but you got the right one. You should be good to go
  5. Your steamid is a unique number that belongs to your steam (valve games) account. It's how you're banned, and it's how admin plugins know you have admin access. It comes in the form of STEAM_X:X:XXXXXX where Xs are digits. To find your steamid in any valve game: Join a game online (it must be an internet game, not a 'new game' game) Open the console by presing the ~ key (next to 1). You may need to enable this in Source games by going to Options -> Keyboard -> Advanced -> Enable developer console Type: status Press enter Search for your name, and copy the entire steamid (STEAM_X:X:XXXXXX - including the STEAM part) into the admin application or ban appeal If the game has a statistics page (hlstats, psychostats, etc) you can also find your steamid there.
  6. Probably not, but you can't be sure since he wasn't polite enough to leave his steamid when he applied.
  7. I'm coming up short on reasons not to ban both of you from the forums... weren't you leaving anyway, seph? Oh, and in short, the rule on defusing through walls is that it must be in the same room. Through the inner wall on de_chateau, for example, is legal. Through the floor on mill, however, is not.
  8. It's not very difficult to spoof a demo if you know a little bit about what you're doing, so unless an admin takes it, it's not worth anything. Admins are held accountable for their actions, while even server regulars are not.
  9. I don't see any such ban. You're lucky mani didn't target someone else like it did when you put a space in the name. Also, not only is it not possible for you to ban someone by steamid using ma_ban (or so it would seem), but you shouldn't. Demos from non-admins are not acceptable proof of cheating.
  10. How could I ban someone with such an awesome name, especially without a demo? D-D-D-DENIED ... wait, isn't it "howl", not "roar"? I blame the cartoon network dubs >:|
  11. Oh come on, you pansies. Dust is awesome.
