Well, if you talk to the head of Security enough he'll open a quest line to kill the ghoul and his friends for some caps and a Chinese Assault Rifle (or Assault Rifle, it scales with level). But if you then talk to the ghoul you'll get the option to release a horde of ferals on the tower and murder everyone inside.

That....or you convince everyone in the tower to live with the ghouls. Apparently you return later and they're all dead save for the ghouls, with the ghouls citing that they had a disagreement with the previous tenants.

That sounds like the most morally gray of the options, but I pissed a few people off by calling them bigots so they won't agree with me and when I killed Tenpenny (Good karma for that!) the head of security takes over and refuses. So, it's either murder the ghouls or murder the tenants. I.E. Take the Caps or Get the Mask, but suffer through karma along the way.

Just a note, I actually got it so that the ghouls could live in Tenpennys tower... For doing that I got the ghoul mask and 500 creds :D.

Yeah, I screwed that up by making fun of the stupid wife of that one Edward the II guy and killing Tenpenny.

I finished it last night. Decided to just help the ghouls and take a little extra bad karma by looting and stealing enough caps to make up for the fact that I wasnt going to be getting 500 caps reward.

I just started over not that long ago. I will say though.. Fallout 3 is by far one of the best RPGs out. A perfect blend of the Fallout universe, humor, and style and Oblivion aspects. Makes it wondrous.

So the ghouls actually kill the tenants eventually? :(. Definitely sad now. I wouldn't have minded them killing the sales people tho, they were stuck up.

Left 4 Dead, get Fallout from me.

You will not regret buying Left4Dead over Fallout. I promise. That demo is absolutely epic and I can't stop playing the 2 measly maps they allow you to play!

Seriously, my best moment in left4dead was when we ran into a room as a horde of zombies were coming at us, shut the door and as the zombie broke a whole in the door a smoker shot his tongue out at me and choked me up against the door. My team mates could only watch me die or shoot me to death because they couldn't hit the smoker. It was absolutely hilarious and epic at the same time.

LEFT 4 DEAD buy it!

Well, if you can get Fallout from him, then yeah buy Left 4 Dead I guess.

If not...FALLOUT! Cause its awesome.

I'm trying to finish the Lincoln Memorial quest now. But it tells me to meet Hannibal at the memorial and he simply wont show up and the quest marker is stuck outside of the subway entrance to the mall.

Well, you can always go back and just loot the place. You'll get around 500 caps picking the safe locks open and with only minor karma penalties if you're trying to stay good.

I already stole the monies and both of the stuck up tenants were all like, "I hate this place, thieves everywhere, I'm leaving." lol...

I'm just delaying the end of the game.

Which means I'm occasionally hunted by the Enclave in their little VTOL's, but otherwise all's well.
