Constitution:
-The constitution webpage needs a major update in the near future, recognizing the existence of the two Vice Presidents, the merging of Marketing Administrator and Historian, and the dissolution of the Treasurer.

-What follows are some loose groundrules for several positions:
The responsibilities of the Console Vice President include running the console tournaments, organizing semi-regular mini-LANs, and overseeing the behavior of the Console related Council Leaders. If a disagreement arisises between the Console Vice President and a Console Council Leader, the Console Vice President may overrule the Council Leader, but the Council Leader may petition the Executive Council as a whole to remove the overrule.

The Webmaster controls the goings on of the website, but the PC Vice President controls all server-related business. If there is a disagreement between the Webmaster and PC President, the President of the club may settle the dispute.

The responsibilities of the PC Vice President include running the PC tournaments, running and keeping watch over the servers, and overseeing the behavior of the PC Council Leaders. If a disagreement arisises between the PC Vice President and a PC Council Leader, the PC Vice President may overrule the Council Leader, but the Council Leader may petition the Executive Council as a whole to remove the overrule.

Miscellaneous:
-Mitch Pate, PC Vice President, announced his intention to have a PC Council Meeting at some point in the near future.

-Colin Branch was wearing a furry tail.

If consoles had "servers" then I would completely agree, but with this setup the console president does a lot of work for LANs, where as the PC president does work for LANs and then some to maintain the servers.
I fight for those that aren't afraid to fight for themselves.

the only problem with power is power hungry people. Its never an issue till someone gets locked out.

I think this will be fine while i am the webmaster. MasterP doesn't lock me out of anything and i dont lock him out of anything.

And that is how it should be. If somebody wants to do something, why not let them? I really like that now people are working together and not as worried about some line of whose job is whose.

Quick question, though it was approached at the club meeting a while back, it doesn't appear to have been mentioned at this meeting. Who will make aforementioned changed to the constitution? Again I would like to reiterate, I would love to do it.

I think we also stipulated that the Console VP was also in charge of organizing and running the mini-LAN events, Bitey. Which would balance out the maintaining servers bit for the PC VP.
