Don't know what XBC is? http://www.xbconnect.com It's a free program that lets you create your own network bridges using your computers. It's a way around the segreation of the dorms networks. And it's free anyways. The site has really good tutorials on how to set it up with diagrams and step-by-step instructions. Works with any Xbox/Xbox 360 game with the System Link feature. I believe they have PSP games too. Anyways, check it out and add your info here. We can make another thread regarding specific issues with XBC/XBL elsewhere.

I use it mainly for Windows Live but tied the XBOX gamertag to my live account before PCs could use the system, back around 2005. I assumed I would own an XBOX one day and it was really easy to get the gamertag I wanted back then.

 

I'll probably be picking an XBOX360 up in the next year.

 

And yes, the first task on my agenda is getting a keyboard/mouse setup going. It'd almost be like cheating. lol
