I believe my order of operations on this matter when i had admin went something like warn,warnagain,slap,slapagain,UBERSLAP,slay,kick,tempban haha i always loved counter spamming major once i heard where he was spamming from ^__^

like over 3 years lol...i mean i used to spend most of my time on the AppState forums and shhtuff. haha....ooo aim_pistols is fun too...as is fy_inferno its like snow but looks like ferno and u can go up top and stuff...real fun map for between 10-20 ppl
