It wasn't GODLY like pizza hut, but I personaly perfer to be full of good pizza than longing for more great pizza. Also, more people would be enticed into coming if there was ALL YOU CAN EAT PIZZA writen on the fliers. You are more than welcome to buy the pizza and donate it to the club, though. Quote

Eyce Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 App actually had sponsorships with Papa's Pizza and Cici's Pizza, Felix. They got quite a few pizzas for free from Papa's (which is an option for our Gaming Club too), and they only payed $3 per pizza from Cici's (which our purchase order can't pay for sadly). It would be worth looking into Papa's as a sponsor, and maybe a better deal at Pizza Hut. Quote

We chose Papa's because it was cheaper, thus amounting in more pizza for the guys to eat. We need to look into having Pepsi or Coke (probably Coke) sponsor us as well. I have had Coke sponsor my Fraternity (Alpha Kappa Psi) before, so I know it can be done. I also had Ingles sponsors us and they gave us alot of food(Cakes, doughnuts, etc). Granted this was all back in 2005. Be creative guys, their are people out there who will give us free stuff for advertising them. Quote

You can try and get pizza hut to cut a deal since you are ordering 200 bucks worth the pizza, and then try and get the sponsorship from papas for either free pizza, tell them you guys will put their logo up at the lan, make an announcement the pizza was donated, ask if htey have flyer or something that could be passed out at the lan.
