Some admins have the power to switch it to that map if there is enough people wanting to play it tho if it is on the server map list. On a side note, the VIP maps seem to be ones that everyone on the server has fun with. Try and get a couple more for me to have access to on fun night? Quote

As yahoo said, its cs_747, but its a hostie map, not a VIP map. as_Tundra was mentioned before, and looks really nice in source, although it is not the same layout as the original. That is a VIP map. Did they every make cs_backalley as a source map? But in terms of VIP maps, i think oilrig and tundra were the top two back in the 1.3 days or so (maybe on to 1.6 as well, but i haven't played 1.6 very much since source was released). Quote
