These records shall also be made accessible by the Secretary to all members of the Club within forty-eight (48) hours after the activity or meeting has ended. The Secretary is the scribe of the Constitution and is solely responsible for documenting Gaming Club approved changes to the Constitution. Just sayin'. Quote
