The purpose of this section of the forums is to give WCU Gaming club members a friendly and convenient method to buy and sell goods. It is the recommendation of the exec board that exchanges be made in person in a public location. The WCU Gaming Club is not responsible for the contents of these listings or the proceedings that may ensue as a result of their posting. The WCU Gaming Club is not liable for anything you buy on this board. If you buy broken goods, that's between you and the seller and is not to be argued on this board. We suggest you exchange contact information when buying rather than rely solely on these forums. If you believe that a listing violates the proceeding rules or any other WCU Gaming Club rules, please contact an administrator or exec board member to deal with the situation.

 

Forum Rules:

 

* Multiple Threads -- Please keep no more than one thread per person active at the same time. Posting more unfairly pushes other members' threads further down. Please be considerate of your fellow members.

* Bumping -- Please be considerate and do not use excessive (as determined by administrators) bumping of threads.

* Please update your threads when you have sold your items or found what you wanted. (ie ask us to change the topic title to [sOLD])

* You MUST post a price for ALL FS deals and FS/FT deals.

* You cannot sell something you do not have in your immediate possession.

* No bootleg software distribution.

* OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) software sales must include an appropriate piece of hardware to keep the sale legit. For example, an 80 GB hard drive, or an entire PC would be appropriate hardware with a copy of an OS. A pencil would not.

* No individual Microsoft CD or COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) sales. You must sell the software as it was originally packaged.

* No sales of "CD keys" without the original CD.

* No SPAM, NEF'ing, or TROLLing.

* No multi-level marketing schemes.

* No auction style posts (take it to eBay). This includes links to auctions on other sites too.

* No misleading thread titles. (nude pics, goats, etc.)

* No coupon (code) sales.

* No alcohol, tobacco, firearm, or any weapons sales.

* No Pornographic (XXX) items.

* If you choose to accept PayPal as a form of payment, Please Note: PayPal's terms of service now prohibit charging buyers a "service fee" or "service charge."

* Except as noted, thread crapping will not be tolerated. If you are not interested in buying or selling, or you have nothing positive to say, STAY OUT OF THE THREAD! If you think the asking price is too high, or you want to make a lowball offer, contact the seller via email or PM.

 

If you have any questions about a potential listing, please contact an exec board member or board administrator.

 

These rules are subject to change at the discretion of the WCU Gaming Club executive board.
